I grew up in a household in which hockey dominated life. In fact, my first word as a toddler wasn’t “mom, it wasn’t “daddy” — it was “hockey”.  Strange? Yes.  But my dad knew what he loved and he would be damned if his kid didn’t grow up loving it too. So here we are, 22 years later — and I’m writing a hockey blog. I think he succeeded.

I’m a diehard Devils fan (note the color scheme), so you’ll inevitably run into some Devils bias here, but my aim here is to cover all of the NHL — because a hockey fix is a hockey fix, right?
